Low Vitamin D Kids: Food Allergies and Eczema

Children living in areas of the country where they are exposed to less sunlight had lower Vitamin D levels and an increased risk of developing food allergies as well as eczema, an itchy allergy-related rash.  Many scientists link the rise of allergic disease with increasing rates of low vitamin D levels.
