Quercetin May Help Ease Knee Pain

Quercetin, along with the joint supplements glucosamine and chondroitin, reduced knee pain when walking or trying to climb stairs. Patients took the combo for 16 weeks.  Quercetin is an antioxidant commonly found in the skins of apples and onions.
