Magnesium Slashes Stroke Risk

According to a study published in the journal Atherosclerosis this year, more magnesium intake was linked to significantly less risk of stroke.  In both men and women, high magnesium intake was linked to a sharply reduced stroke risk.  In women, high magnesium intake was linked to reduced coronary heart disease and heart failure risk.
