If you’re trying to lose weight and looking to see if you’re missing something, a new study suggests selenium may benefit you.
Researchers measured the impact selenium supplementation would have on abdominal fat, adiponectin, cholesterol, blood sugar and other related factors pertaining to fat metabolism.
They found that after selenium was added, there was significantly lower abdominal fat, blood sugar, fat cell size, and cholesterol.
