Rosemary Supports Metabolism

If you like adding rosemary to your cooking, you’ll like the results of a recent study on the herb.  

Researchers tested rosemary extract on a line of cells and measured the effects.  They found that it turns on AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and a variety of other genes that our involved in metabolism.
