Vitamin E & Fatty Liver

Eating an unbalanced diet will catch up with you in life.  Many health conditions arise from eating the wrong foods including obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, and sometimes a fatty liver (steatohepatitis).

Some new research shows that a blend of different forms of vitamin E can help support a fatty liver.  Rats with steatohepatitis were given alpha-tocopherol, tocotrienols, or both.

They found that while both independently helped, the combination had a synergistic effect and lowered inflammation of the liver.
