Fatigue, Vitamin D & Your Muscles

If you feel fatigued often, it could be due to a lack of vitamin D.  Some new research showed us that vitamin D improves mitochondrial function in our muscles.

Subjects whose vitamin D levels were low and reported being fatigued were supplemented with vitamin D.

After the treatment period, the subjects vitamin D levels were corrected and fatigue was reduced both by self-reporting and by testing of mitochondrial function.
