Micronutrients For Your Bones

Are you worried about your bone health?  Some new research shows which nutrients may support bone density.

A group of patients were given a combination of nutrients for 12 months: vitamin D3, vitamin K2, strontium and magnesium.  The also received DHA omega-3, which you find in your fish oil.

At the end of the study, they found that those getting the combo had improvements in bone mineral density.  You can find these nutrients in New Chapter’s Bone Strength.
