Managing stress is critical to long lasting health.  You may not know that fish oil can help according to some new research.

Sixty individuals were given either fish oil or placebo for 8 weeks.  Before and after the study, they were tested for stress responses.

Those getting the fish oil had lower stress responses than those receiving placebo.
