Exercise & Supplements For Good Health

Maintaining your health takes more than just diet or just exercise.  It involves getting everything moving in the right direction.

A new study in Taiwan looking at middle-aged women wanted to see what factors separated those with coronary artery disease (CAD) and those without.  Thy found that those who exercised and used dietary supplements were less likely to develop CAD.

We recommend most people should supplement omega-3’s, vitamin D and a simple multivitamin.
