A new study from Australia suggests that vitamin D maybe as important. Over sixteen hundred men had measurements of frailty and vitamin D tested.
The results showed that vitamin D levels were associated with 4 out of 5 measurements for frailty including muscle strength, exhaustion, and slow walking speed.
