Curcumin For A Healthy Colon

We have written extensively about the positive health benefits of curcumin.  One of the most interesting areas of research with curcumin is cancer research.

A new study looked at the effects of curcumin on a line of colon cancer cells.  What they found was a dose dependent response to curcumin and apoptosis.

Curcumin was able to down regulate mechanisms in the cells that cause proliferation.
