When discussing heart hearth, the term endothelial function comes up.  It describes how well or not our blood vessels dilate and constrict when needed to.

Those of Asian decent appear to have more endothelial dysfunction than their Caucasian counterparts.  A new study looked at whether or not CoQ10 could improve this.

Measurements of endothelial function were measured before and after CoQ10 supplementation for two weeks.  Results showed that after supplementing CoQ10, those of Asian decent were able to close the gap on endothelial function when compared to those of Caucasian decent.
