CoQ10 May Give You An Edge

Bigger, stronger, faster.  That’s the culture in sports and athletics today.  Everyone from pro-athletes to weekend warriors are looking for an edge.

There are so many products that promise the moon, but what has actually been studied?  New research on CoQ10 shows that it can increase power output.

A specific type of CoQ10, ubiquinol, was given to 100 German athletes for 6 weeks.  They had their power output measured before and after the study.

Those receiving the ubquiniol (300mg/day) had significantly increased power compared to placebo.
