In a new study, researchers wanted to see what the effect of B vitamins would have on these symptoms. In this case, they used a B-complex in which the vitamins were in the methylated form. This is the active form in the body.
Sixty adults with these symptoms were given either this B-complex or placebo for 60 days. What they found was that those receiving the supplement showed significant improvement in symptom scores.
