More Fish, Thinner Waist

Here is some news that should make you feel even better about taking your fish oil.

Researchers supplemented a group of obese adults with either fish oil or placebo for 4 weeks.  They then continued supplementing for 4 more weeks while eating a low calorie diet.

At the end of study they found that those supplementing fish oil lost more weight and had lower BMI than placebo.
