Blood Brain Barrier Health

The Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) acts as the brain’s defense system, therefore its integrity is crucial for optimal brain health. Inflammation, chronic stress, and lack of B-vitamins contribute to its gradual deterioration. Damage to the BBB gives harmful chemicals access to the brain, resulting in poor focus, low energy, and forgetfulness.
